The Nintendo Wii Fit plus system was launched recently the Nintendo Change4 Life Award from the British National Health Service, thus the first computer game to be recognized as a true Health and fitness product.

This is all achieved with the Nintendo Wii with Wii Fit Balance Board and games Plus package. The system is designed so that you monitor Your weight, and that of several friends or family and you can see all of who made the competition for the best results through the exercise along the Wii.

Not surprisingly the game and software have become a big hit in the UK market, and it is certainly one of the best sellers for Christmas and must depend by many peoples wish list. There are five modes Yoga, Strength, Aerobics, Balance, plus training and choose your level and off you go. It is much cheaper than a Gym club membership and way more fun than the whole family (or road) can participate in the fun.

The system uses a Body Mass Index and lets you know how many calories you have burned and the equivalent value of foods the calories so you can really see the benefits and use it in a weight loss Regime.

My wife is a physiotherapist and her department are all very excited about the potential use in helping their patients get back in the exercise correctly because the Wii makes it really simple to monitor results. Therefore, patients think (they) will be planned more with an exercise that the use of the Wii, as it would be to include with plain old fashioned floor exercises Stick noted.

Of course, the Wii is working in conjunction with a television and see the demonstration Exercises on the screen as you perform them on the Balance Board. There are actually some really good videos on You Tube if you have a live demonstration of how it works to see everything.

The package also includes some aerobic exercises, you need to do to play games you need to flutter your arms around birds parachutes and fly guides on targets all the time while you track your progress on the screen. It's all very addictive fun, and at the same well for you. So, why not try the Wii for Christmas and really fun to lose weight and stay fit?
