What’s the best way to report a cruel kennel in Missouri?
My in-laws got a golden retriever (full blooded) from a horrible kennel in Missouri. They don’t seem to see that the conditions were that bad. Their dog was extremely thin and she has been cage bound her entire life. She’s afraid of everything and has severe emotional issues. The problem is- she was in the best shape of all the dogs in this hell hole. What do you all suggest? I can’t let this go by when these poor animals are suffering and these people are breeding more and making money off of it. It makes me sick.
Call the S.P.C.A. or the police or sheriff’s office. I don’t know about Missouri but here in Texas, that’s a puppy mill & is against the law. It is rather sickening isn’t it? I’ve been working with abused & abandoned animals for over 30 years…it never ceases to amaze me at how cruel people can be to God’s creatures that we are supposed to be taking care of!
Also call any animal or humane shelters near you…they should be able to help or to tell you who to call or where to go to get help. good luck. I hope those peoeple get what they deserve.
