so my parents FINALLY decided they want a dog or puppy
but idk where to get it in IDAHO.

-DONT BITE
-easy to train
-has GOOD SOCIAL BEHAVIOR
-very very healthy and no risk of diseases

No breed comes out of a box with good social behavior, unbiting (all puppies bite and chew) and all are at least some work to train. All dogs shed at least a little and those that shed only a little need professional grooming and clipping every 4-6 weeks. A healthy dog comes from a reputable breeder that screens for genetic diseases and cares for sanitation and health of the mom and litter – never a pet store – they sell puppies from puppies mills that are likely to be unhealthy and will be overpriced.
Do your research on different breeds, check your local shelters and do research on who are good breeders in you area. You have a lot to work on before you get a dog.
