How to find golden retrievers for sale?
I have tried petfinder and there are non at the shelters around my area. I was looking at reputable breeders online and I think it is ridiculous to spend $400+ on a dog.
I would rather rescue one but don’t want to get it from a backyard breeder or anything.
Anyone have tips on finding a golden retriever?

well i know $400 isn’t expensive..i would just prefer to rescue.

You should expect to pay between $140 and $400 to adopt from rescue, as well. To purchase a decent quality Golden, prices may start at $400, but will likely run more like $700-$1200 on average.
