Help with aggressive 1 1/2 month golden retriever female puppy.?

We recently bought this female golden retriever puppy. Even from the first days we could tell she was very “energetic” (we have another 1 year old male, and he was very calm!). She’s in that time that she likes to bite things, I understand. But now you can’t even pass her hand before her eyes, because she’ll try to bite it, even when you say “no!” to her. She’ll go all bersek and have this weird malicious-possessed eyes and will follow whatever is infront until bites. She has way too much toys and plushies, but she’d rather bite a human :/. We try to stop her, but she just growls and you can tell she’s being aggressive. I need serious advice on this puppy, because now my brother is even getting afraid of her, and shes barely 2 months old! Imagine when she grows up!

You need to have her in some basic puppy obedience training, yesterday. Meaning, right away, start obedience training with her. Do not go to Petsmart for training, get a certified licensed dog training/behavioralist. They can do spot-training as well as the basic training. This puppy biting and rough-housing is your pup’s way of play and getting his energy out. One thing to remember is to NEVER EVER rough-house with the puppy!! This only invites the biting and snapping. If he urges you to play with him, stand up, turn your back to him, and ignore him for a good two minutes. If it continues, put him in his crate(hope you have one!), and that is his time out for up to 5 minutes at a time. Also, if he is really bitey, you can do the attention! grab, which is where you very GENTLY hold his muzzle with your hands and look him in the eyes and say with a FIRM voice, WRONG!! You need to pick a word that you will use every single time for this behavior, anything besides No….no just confuses dogs.
Also, try finding other toys that she really enjoys, that you can stick in her mouth while she is acting bitey. I highly suggest the Kong products which most dogs love a lot, especially when you fill it with peanut butter!!

I would love to help you more, but again, you need to get your pup in to some serious obedience training. Goldens are loving pups that love love love to please you!

Edited to add:
Hoodoo is referring to the Alpha Role, which most certified trainers advise against. Dogs take it as a sign of force and it feels to them like they are out of power, hence the submission. This can lead to being fearful around other dogs, as well as other behavioral issues later on. So I suggest you do not do this. Your personal trainer will agree with me. Cesar Milan will not. Please do not take that man’s advice. He is not a professional trainer nor does he have any credentials.
